Help with checkout, order details, receipts and order status.
Where do I find my order?
Sign in and open Orders. Paid orders show the current status, item summary, total and order detail link.
What if something looks wrong?
Open the order detail page and send a support request from there. That keeps the order and your message together.
Where do I find support references?
Open Account Centre, then Support History. You can review support references, ticket status and linked order pages from your account.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Receipts and order details are kept with the order. Contact support if you need a copy or something looks incorrect.
