Where do I find my order?

Sign in and open Orders. Paid orders show the current status, item summary, total and order detail link.

What if something looks wrong?

Open the order detail page and send a support request from there. That keeps the order and your message together.

Where do I find support references?

Open Account Centre, then Support History. You can review support references, ticket status and linked order pages from your account.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Receipts and order details are kept with the order. Contact support if you need a copy or something looks incorrect.

How do I ask for help with an order?

Open the order details page and choose the support issue type that best fits the question. Add delivery notes, payment questions, sizing details or anything else the team should know.

What happens after I submit support?

A support reference is created so the EVAVO team can review the order and reply with the right context.

What support statuses are used?

Support can move through open, waiting, resolved or closed so you can see where the request stands.

When should I contact EVAVO directly?

Use order support for a specific order. Use the main EVAVO contact path for product, store, platform, partnership or client ecommerce enquiries.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timing, fulfilment stages, tracking expectations and support options.

How are delivery stages shown?

Orders can move through stages such as shipping soon, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled, refund pending or refunded.

How are shipping estimates shown?

The cart can show destination-based shipping estimates before checkout. Final shipping options are confirmed before payment.

What delivery options can the store support?

The store can support standard delivery, express delivery, pickup or handover, manual shipping zones and carrier-specific methods where configured.

What if delivery is late or wrong?

Use order support from the order detail page so the team can review the order, shipping method and your message together.

Cancellations and refunds

What to expect around cancellation requests, refunds and payment timing.

Can I cancel an order?

Some orders can be cancelled before delivery is completed, depending on the store settings and fulfilment stage.

Does cancellation always mean a refund is complete?

No. Cancellation records the order action. Refunds are processed separately through Stripe and bank processing times can still apply.

How are refunds tracked?

Refunds can be recorded with amount, reason, status and payment reference so support can review the request clearly.

Does EVAVO Store store card details?

No. Card checkout is handled through Stripe. Product pricing is checked before a checkout session is created.

How are support issues tracked?

Support requests and updates are kept with the related order so the team can review the history without relying on disconnected messages.

Who can see support history?

Customers can view their own support references when signed in. Admin support queues are restricted to authorised store admins.
