This page explains how shipping, delivery questions, returns, exchanges, and issue resolution are handled for EVAVO Store orders.

1. Shipping areas and availability
Shipping options, delivery areas, and fulfilment availability are shown during checkout where available. Some products, locations, or order types may have limited delivery options depending on carrier availability, stock, product handling requirements, or operational constraints.
2. Processing and dispatch
Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed and order details have passed basic review. Dispatch timing can vary by product, stock position, supplier timing, fulfilment queue, weekends, public holidays, and carrier collection schedules.
If an item is delayed, unavailable, or requires follow-up before fulfilment, EVAVO Store may contact you using the contact details supplied at checkout.
3. Delivery timing and tracking
Delivery estimates are indicative only and may change because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs or border checks where relevant, public holidays, or other disruptions outside EVAVO Store control.
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be sent by email or displayed through the order experience after dispatch.
4. Address changes and delivery issues
Please check delivery details carefully before placing an order. If you need to update an address after ordering, contact support as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfilment or been handed to a carrier.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, additional delivery charges may apply before resending where resending is possible.
5. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact support promptly with your order details and clear photos where relevant. EVAVO Store may ask for information needed to assess the issue, work with carriers or suppliers, and arrange an appropriate remedy.

6. Returns and exchanges
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the product, condition, proof of purchase, timing, and applicable consumer law. Items should generally be unused, in suitable condition, and returned with relevant packaging where practical unless the item is faulty or another legal remedy applies.
Some products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene, customisation, limited-run, digital, final-sale, or other practical reasons where permitted by law. Any product-specific return conditions should be read together with this page.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it is usually returned to the original payment method. Processing time can depend on payment provider and bank timing. Shipping costs, return shipping, and handling costs may be treated differently depending on the reason for return and applicable law.
8. Australian consumer guarantees
Nothing on this page is intended to limit rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws. If a product has a major failure or another legal remedy applies, EVAVO Store will handle the matter consistently with those obligations.
