These terms set out the conditions for using EVAVO Store and buying products through the EVAVO Store experience.

1. About EVAVO Store

EVAVO Store is the primary storefront connected to EVAVO Studio. By browsing the store, creating an account, placing an order, or using checkout, you agree to these terms and any additional terms shown during checkout.

2. Product information

We aim to present products clearly and accurately, including descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and product details. Images may vary slightly from the final physical product due to screen settings, production differences, photography, or supplier updates. If an error is discovered, we may correct the information and contact affected customers where appropriate.

3. Pricing, promotions, and availability

Prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. Product availability, pricing, promotions, discounts, and shipping options may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. Promotions must be used according to their stated conditions and may not apply to all products unless expressly stated.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is processed for fulfilment. We may cancel or refuse an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, product or pricing information is incorrect, fraud or misuse is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment infrastructure, including stripe. You must provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. EVAVO Store does not intentionally store full credit card numbers.
